Joining GFA as the Assistant Head of Secondary, Divan Koch has over 15 years of teaching experience in top British international schools across the Middle East and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, a passion for education and is thrilled to be part of the opening of a new school.
He has extensive experience in both curriculum development and pastoral care which has equipped him to support students in a holistic way, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social well-being. Divan is deeply committed to the happiness and safety of children and aims to create an environment where every student feels that they belong. As an expatriate from South Africa, he understands the importance of building a strong community and is therefore dedicated to fostering strong connections between parents, students, and teachers. He is looking forward to seeing our students grow into future leaders and making a positive impact on the world as he believed that together, we will build a supportive and dynamic school community where every child can thrive and succeed.
